How do I know if my gift has been delivered?

We automatically email /sms a tracking number when your gift is dispatched. This is a 12 digit tracking number e.g. IZ0008788347.The tracking is updated as the delivery status of your gift changes - you may also use this number on aramax website to track the status of your delivery. (Please check spam folder if its not in your inbox)

Please note: We do not automatically track your deliveries for exceptions/ problems. Please keep an eye on your tracking and if there are any issues please contact us with your tracking number.
